My Role
This was a huge product introduction requiring a team of three technical writers and one project manager. Creation of documentation was needed for each product defined above. Several products required both clinician-facing documentation and patient-facing documentation. The head writer divided our duties by procedure type. For the User Manual, I was responsible for the insertion procedure content. The PDF is encrypted, so I'm unable to link to my specific contributions. Refer to Chapter 2 of the manual found here.

Another major focus of my contributions were to product labeling and packaging. This was a vast undertaking that is best discussed in interview format. I was unable to keep these materials for a portfolio, and they're not publicly available.

Results
Becuase the ICM System is a newer device, customer feedback is limited.
